Dorsal preservation course
in Coventry

Fifteen surgeons from seven countries, two intensive days — advanced international training in the United Kingdom.

On 17–18 April 2026 I attended the International Dorsal Preservation Course in Rhinoplasty in Coventry, United Kingdom. Fifteen experienced surgeons from seven countries were invited to the two-day intensive course; the instructors — Dr Alwyn D'Souza, Dr Anil Joshi (UK) and Dr Milos Kovacevic (Germany) — followed the theoretical sessions with hands-on training in modern dorsum-preserving techniques.

Why does this matter to my patients? The essence of dorsal preservation is that the natural line of the nasal dorsum is not taken down and rebuilt but preserved — so where the technique is applicable, it allows gentler surgery, faster recovery and a more natural result.
